The Saxmundham hand gate is a palisade style gate with a morticed frame and solid top rail making it especially comfortable to use as a lower gate style but with heights going up to 2.07m makes a very pleasing side gate too.

Sapele, Iroko and seasoned European Oak are extremely durable hardwood timbers with excellent longevity. Seasoned Oak has good stability and character and is more consistent in colour than Iroko which can have variations in colour but has exceptional stability. Both Iroko and Oak timbers will naturally weather down over a period of time to a silver grey colour or can be oiled. Sapele can be oiled, stained or painted.
